Mapping Coral Reef Resources Aitutaki, Cook IslandsA benthic habitat map of Aitutaki Reef, Cook Islands was created based on research conducted as part of Dr Phinn's ARC Discovery Project - Coral Reef Mapping, World-Bank GEF Coral Reef Targeted Research Program and Chris Roelfsema's PhD project. The techniques developed in these projects was trialed in Aitutaki to increase the range of environments it is applicable in and provide baseline data for SOPAC.
